Meet the beautiful Torti Lynx Point Siamese, Cinder! 
This beautiful girl joined the rescue recently when her human had to move and Cinder was unable to go with her.

Cinder is a two year old spayed female and is four paw declawed. 

This girl came from a home where she was very loved, her owner was very upset having to give her up, but unfortunately she was unable to keep her. Cinder is a sensitive soul. When she first came to the rescue, she was very depressed about losing her mom and home. She didn't want to eat and she laid with her face flat on the ground. After a few days, she started to perk up, and she is back to her normal sweet self. However, we mention this as Cinder's next home needs to be her final home. She is a sensitive soul who clearly loves the people she bonds to, and we want to make sure that she never has to be without the people she loves again. 

Cinder uses her litter box 100% of the time, she is four paw declawed so she is not able to scratch any furniture, or carpet. This girl has previously lived in a home with children and reportedly did extremely well with them. She has never lived with other cats or dogs so we are not sure how she would do with other animals at this time. A laid back dog that would stay out of her face and not chase her may be fine. Another cat who is extremely laid back may also be fine. 

Cinder is a very sweet girl who particularly loves to have her head and chin scratched. I am sure that in her forever home, she will be a wonderful lap cat and will join her humans in bed at night. Cinder is a little bit on the chunky side at 13 pounds and could afford to lose a little bit of weight when she settles into her new home, but that should be no problem! 

Cinder is being fostered in Kalamazoo and can be met at her foster home. Her adoption fee is $75.
