Description:

Meow (that’s cat for hello)!  My name is Onyx and I am a female, domestic short hair kitten.  My foster mom says I’m special because I was born on an Amish farm and I have six toes!  My sister, Opal, and I came to live with my foster parents, foster cats and foster dogs after my mommy cat died and we were orphaned.  We were very hungry and sick when our foster mom found us, but after lots of love and care, we are purrfectly healthy. 

I love to play with my foster dogs and cats.  We play chase, wrestle, and help keep each other clean.  One of my foster sister kitties is all black, just like me!  I also love to play with my foster nephews.  I would love to have some kids of my own to play with some day!  Snuggling is my absolute favorite!  I love sitting on my foster mom’s shoulder while she’s sitting at her desk.  Sometimes I fall asleep there for hours!  I will purr you to sleep at night (and wake you up with purrs in the morning).  Sometimes my foster parents lock me out of their room at night because they say I purr so loudly it keeps them awake.  I just have so much love to share…I can’t help it!  My foster parents also say that I’m a hearty eater.  I’m not sure what that means, but I sure do love my kitten food! 

I am looking for someone to love me forever and always!  Will you give me the new home I’ve been dreaming of?  My sister and I would love to go to a new home together, but we would be ok on our own if we had friends to play with in our new home!

I have been tested for feline leukemia, fully vaccinated (for rabies, feline leukemia, and feline distemper), microchipped and spayed.
