Hi everyone, I'm Raven and I'm about 3.5 years old. I am the sweetest, most loving girl who found herself unexpectedly homeless after my former family had to move. I had been with my previous family since I was a kitten, so I was so sad and stressed when I was first moved into my new foster home. Even though I was feeling so bummed out (I even went on a hunger strike!), I was such a sweet girl and would curl up in a tiny ball in my foster mom's lap and purr while she petted me and promised me she would find me the most perfect family ever.

I have since settled into my new foster home, where I have some new kitty roommates, and I even started eating again! Although my foster mom said that I could stand to lose a bit off my waistline (RUDE!!) so she says my new family will have to take care not to over feed me and watch my weight so I can be a svelte little kitty! My favorite things to do are snuggle, sit on laps, snuggle, get petted, eat, nap and purr while getting petted and snuggled. Did I mention I LOVE snuggling and being petted? I also love having my chin scratched!

I don't want to brag, but my foster mom thinks I'm just the prettiest girl ever. She said I have the most beautiful black coat and big bright eyes and that I look like an adorable little mini jaguar!! *Blushing* I like to maintain my appearance and keep up on my nail care...I'm fantastic about using proper kitty scratching posts!

It was reported that I lived with dogs with my previous family, but my foster mom will need to make sure that any dogs I live with in the future have been kitty tested & approved so they won't chase me or try to hurt me. I am just fine with other kitties and mind my own business. I would be fine with kids as well, as long as they respect me and give me space as I adjust to my new surroundings. Change can be stressful on us kitties so sometimes it takes a little while for us to settle in and relax.
