What Each Applicant Should Know:

• Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt nor does it guarantee the cat will be adopted to you.
• The Kitten Nursery does not work on a first come first serve basis.  We collect applications on the cat in question and make our best determination on the best match.
• We cannot guarantee the age and breed our of rescue cats.  We depend on our vets and other professionals to help us make the closest determination regarding the age and breed of all our cats.
• The Kitten Nursery will contact you within 10 days if your application is approved.
• The Kitten Nursery Reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
• The Kitten Nursery Board make all adoption decisions and their decisions are FINAL.

NOTE: If all questions on the adoption application are not filled out completely, the processing of your application will be delayed.

I understand that the completion of this application will in no way guarantee the adoption of this cat.  Furthermore, any falsification of information will result in the immediate denial of this application.  By signing this application, I declare I am at least 18 years of age.
